I meant to make a one time purchase but it appears I signed up for a subscription, what do I do?Updated a month ago

You may have inadvertently selected the Subscribe & Save option on the product page when the initial purchase was made:

In addition, during checkout there is a checkbox acknowledgment, stating that you are agreeing to a subscription that will renew at the price and frequency listed until it is canceled.

An order is shipping or about to ship, how can I cancel this?

Please open a chat and provide your email address and the order number. Provided the parcel is still in our possession we can cancel it and refund. 

How can I prevent future shipments?

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
  2. Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
  3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, click on the Cancel my subscription button.
  4. The popup menu then asks you to confirm you wish to cancel by clicking on the Cancel it button or keep it by clicking on the Wait, I changed my mind! button.
