Below are the steps to skip a subscription shipment. In addition, you can also:

• Schedule orders to ship on specific dates
• Or have a subscription order ship immediately
• Change the delivery frequency between 30, 60, and 90 days
• Or indefinitely pause your subscription

Steps to skip a shipment:

1. Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
2. Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
3. On the Manage Your Subscription page, you will see the Billing schedule menu, which lists upcoming shipments.
4. Under the Billing schedule, on the right hand side, there is a "Skip payment' button.  Clicking this will skip that shipment.
5. After clicking on Skip payment, the button is titled "Unskip payment."
