How can I skip a shipment?Updated 6 months ago
Below are the steps to skip a subscription shipment. In addition, you can also:
- Schedule orders to ship on specific dates
- Or have a subscription order ship immediately
- Change the delivery frequency between 30, 60, and 90 days
- Or indefinitely pause your subscription
Steps to skip a shipment:
- Sign in to your account by clicking on the Account link.
- Once you have signed in and are on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions link.
- On the Manage Your Subscription page, you will see the Billing schedule menu, which lists upcoming shipments.
- Under the Billing schedule, on the right hand side, there is a "Skip payment' button. Clicking this will skip that shipment.
- After clicking on Skip payment, the button is titled "Unskip payment."
